Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
    • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  2. Non-returnable Items:
    The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Sale or discounted items
    • Gift cards
    • Customized or personalized products
  3. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at turtlebunnytup@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
    • Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
  4. Return Shipping:
    Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

  1. Refund Eligibility:

    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
    • Refunds will only be issued for the cost of the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  2. Late or Missing Refunds:
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement. It may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at turtlebunnytup@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please follow the same process as for returns and clearly state the item you would like in exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a return and exchange or refund as appropriate.
