1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping within India. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Shipping Processing Time

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after the order is placed. Please note that processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
  • Shipping Time: After your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days depending on your location. This may vary due to factors such as delivery area, weather conditions, or holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery address, weight, and size of the order. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.
  • For any promotional offers, free shipping may be available, and this will be clearly stated on our website or at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, depending on the shipping method selected. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order has been shipped.

5. Delays

  • While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier delays. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible.
  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or customs processes (if applicable).

6. Delivery Issues

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • We are only able to ship to verified residential or commercial addresses.

8. Multiple Shipments

If you place an order that includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability and location. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.

9. Returns and Shipping Costs

  • If you wish to return an item, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further instructions. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
